Welcome to Long Mountain General Store! We are located in the eastern mountain section of West Virginia on top of South Fork Mountain, 6 miles east of Franklin WV on US 33. We are truly an old time general store, with over 4,000 square feet of retail space, and even a front porch complete with rocking chairs. We carry typical convenience store items along with Sunoco gasoline. Our gift and collectible part of the store sells Case Knives, McCall's Candles, WVU souvenirs, country and primitive decor, nature and wildlife art prints by Terry Redlin, Billy Jacobs and other nationally known artists. Rounding out the inventory is toy cap guns and rifles, some made with molds from the 1950s and 60s, small homemade furniture, novelty license plates, Fiestaware, Fenton and Blenko glass, thermometers, tin and pub signs, clocks and many more items. We have homemade WV products such as soaps, jelly, honeys, and even ramp mustards and dressings and hundreds and hundreds of other items. All in all, we think you will find Long Mountain General Store a fun place to shop. Our online store will eventually have all of these items which are feasible to ship, so keep checking back.

Postage Policy
Thank You for your patronage, you can trust that your order with Long Mountain General Store will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. By using priority mail, or UPS our orders usually arrive within 2 days. We try to do our shipping as inexpensive as possible, for instance you can order several Case knives or other smaller items for the same low base price. Of course, with the heavier, bulkier items such as the large pieces of Fiestaware the postage is somewhat higher. You will have the choice at checkout to use USPS Postal Service or UPS. We also provide insurance on all orders over $75.00. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Payment Types Accepted
We accept most major credit cards, paypal and checks or money orders. At this time we do not accept American Express. However, please be advised that if paying by check, your order will be held for 2 weeks to make sure the check clears.
